Could Pavement Parking Be Illegal In Scotland?

Vehicles that park on pavements can prove dangerous for blind pedestrians, those with mobility disabilities and parents with prams. Sandra White MSP is pressing to bring in new laws in Scotland that would make parking on pavements illegal.
